Offshore Roles and Entry Routes
Why this matters offshore
"I'll do anything offshore" is the most common sentence in offshore applications — and one of the least effective. Hiring managers fill specific roles with specific requirements. A candidate who says "I'm a qualified fitter with 6 years' plant maintenance; I'm targeting mechanical technician roles on production platforms, and I hold BOSIET and a valid offshore medical" gets a reply. This module maps the roles, what each needs, and — most importantly — which one fits you.

- Match your current experience and trade to 2–3 realistic target roles.
