We are an offshore recruitment agency as well as a training platform. We put certified, trained candidates in front of offshore operators, drilling contractors, service companies and marine employers worldwide.
Who we put forward
Employers only consider people who can mobilise. We therefore only submit candidates who hold all of the following, currently valid:
- Recognised offshore safety training — BOSIET or T-BOSIET (or a valid FOET refresher), STCW Basic Safety Training for vessel roles, or GWO Basic Safety Training for offshore wind;
- A valid offshore or seafarer medical certificate;
- Relevant experience or a trade qualification for the role you apply for.

- Screening — we check your experience, right to work and certificate copies.
- Matching — when a role fits, we contact you first, then submit your profile to the employer.
- Interview and mobilisation — we support you through the employer’s process.
Fair and free for candidates
Applying is free. We never charge candidates to be put forward for a job, and applying is never tied to buying a course — employers pay for recruitment. Employers make the final hiring decision, so we cannot guarantee interviews, jobs, visas or salaries. Beware of anyone who asks you to pay for a job.
